Too expensive
I think HP ink is way too expensive. You should offer discounts. And both of your Danvers stores were out of The double packs (black/color) and no one could tell me when it was coming in.

Staples was out of the 63XL toner for both color and black. I needed it quickly but this is DEFINITELY not as much ink.
