Arrived damaged!
While the product worked, it arrived in a damaged box that was not part of the mailing process. I figured it was another HP ink product that wasn’t going to work, since that was why I left the automatic system. Too many cartridges didn’t work. But so far it is working inspite if it’s beat up box.

My new ink cartridges
I ordered new ink cartridges for my printer. I couldn't find them in any store, no matter where I went!
I know that because of the Covid19 situation that stores aren't getting enough merchandise, but I also realize that since many people work from home and most schools are using virtual teaching methods, that there must a lot more printing being done.

Doesn't work.
I inserted the cartridge into my printer and now my printer gives me the message "There is a problem with the black cartridge. So now I cannot use my printer until I mask up and go to an office supply store to get a new one.

The HP brand is a trusted brand for good reason. This particular product is fine but I prefer buying the HP 63 X (more ink/lasts longer) - however the store was out of stock on those. So I bought this. I never have any problems with these cartridges. They are good and easy to use.
