store employee was very helpful and was very polite. told me where I could find it. product worked fine but a little too pricey for a tiny amount of ink.

Sluggish printer
my printer was a little slow to get into action again but it works fine now - not the fault of the print cartridge - just hadn't been used for a few months. This quarantine puts too many things on hold - things we don't really want to ignore. of course I would recommend this print cartridge for others who need this number rf

Didn’t last long
Not sure if this is normal but I put this cartridge in and within 3 days it was empty. I did print one 17 page document but the total number of pages was possibly as much as 50. For the price it was crazy.

My printer keeps coming up with a message on the screen saying the HP cartridge is recycled not a true HP since I installed it! Wouldn't recommend ordering online!

1. Not in store 2. Nice service rep took me to computer and had me enter my info to have develivered in two days. 3. Notified that you do not have and no indication of when. 4. Sending me a check for refund instead of credit back to my card which is how I paid. 5. Sent me a coupon for error in ordering for $10.
