First of all, it's almost impossible to find the XL cartridges locally. So the convenience of getting ink from you is fantastic.
But the think that REALLY impressed me is that you included an envelope for recycling the old cartridges. That's great!

Dries Up Quickly
The ink is fine while it lasts. I may go 2-3 weeks between uses. The new ink cartridge that I reply 2-3 weeks ago has frequently dried up & in need of replacement. Canon ink cartridges can go years without need for replacement.

Good quality! Easy to install! Unfortunately limited ability to print since much smaller cartridge than the 63 XL I had gotten before. 63 XL no longer available. :(
