New Cartridge is not recognized
This new cartridge is not being recognized in my HP Envy 4320 printer. The only one is recognized but not this new one from this order. The new cartridge seems to be defective.

Why is ink so expensive?
I don’t understand why they are so expensive. And they never go on sale either. I only print out a few pages here and there throughout the year but I shouldn’t be paying this much for ink.
