Worked, but why didn't the old one work
I had to my mother in assisted living. As part of that I brought her fairly new HP printer home as she can no longer use it. I set it up in my own home office without problem except no color would print. Black printed fine, but no color. I used up several pages of paper and ink trying to diagnose the problem, the ink cartridge appeared to have ink but it would not print...

only problem there was no BLACK for a set when at the store every thing seem to be out of stock. One must change BLACK & COLOR at same time when needed.
