Works
My printer was acting up saying the printer cartridges would not align so I thought new ones might alleviate the problem. Sure enough replacing them with factory approved toner cartridges from Staples did the trick.

NEVER ASUME THE WORST
I ordered on line but the chip on the cartridge was damaged. My printer showed a message INK CARTRIDGE PROBLEM Remove & Reinstall IF THIS MESSAGE CONTINUES TO APPEAR REPLACE INK CARTRIDGE

I am pleased with the produce. Not so much with the cashier. I was told that I would have a credit on my account from my last ink purchase for my other purchase -- it has not shown up in either my email or my app. I had expected to apply this discount on my Epson ink toward my new purchase about 2 weeks later. So far I have not seen any credit or coupon. What's up?
