$15 down the drain
I bring in my used ink cartridges regularly.I missed the expiration date by 2 days! Question: Why do you give an expiration date for people like me who try to recycle ink cartridges to help the environment? I understand promotions but I think trying to to help the environment is different. I hope Staples relooks at this program.

#63 Tri-color cartridge.
The tri-color cartridge does not communicate with my HP 5248 printer, therefore, it does not work! I need instructions for returns.

Although the color comes out clear I find that the cartridges are VERY pricey.. Wish I had a second choice in this matter. I’m a senior and coming close to not using the printer much as to conserve the inks longer.
