This is the best price that I saw for this ink which is what my printer specifically calls for. I was able to receive a discount from an online price match down from the advertised store price. Was worth the extra effort to get it at the store as I needed to print that day.

Got the new cartridge just in time.
Product was fine. A delivery delay occurred, mostly likely due to bad weather; however, I was kept informed of delivery progress by email. That was good.

HP needs to let users make the decisions.
Cartridge is great quality, shipped promptly and free.
The printer software is configured to waste ink thereby increasing sales. The printer keeps printing a test page - wasting a lot of ink. I only want to print black and white: the test page process also wants to see color, No published way to eliminate the test page. The steal goes on.

You can't win with HP
I had to buy this ink because their ink program (where they automatically send you ink based on a usage estimate) is so incredibly flawed. And of course, the ink they send you is a fraction of the amount you would get if you signed for their (incredibly flawed) ink program.
