runs out of ink too often

Always worked well
We purchased a replacement toner cartridge for our old HP printer but before we got to install it the printer died. So I was able to return the new cartridge no problem. Actually the HP printer was such an old model that I don't think they carry that older toner cartridge any more at our local Staples but they may be able to check their other stores.

They tend to dry up
I can't review what I haven't used, but judging from my last HP genuine cartridges I sure hope these perform better. My last ones were XL's and began drying up before they were even half used. I wasted most of their ink cleaning them to get them working again, not to mention all the paper waste too. I went with HP again in the hope that there has been an improvement in ...

The HP "Black" cartridge seems to have been coded wrong and the printer will not recognize it as an original HP ink cartridge. Because of this I can't print anything. I will be trying to exchange it for another cartridge today.
