HP brand ink cartridge rated 5 stars for product quality.
A non-HP ink cartridge proved defective. The return policy was so convoluted and labor-intensive that I’m rethinking buying HP ink cartridges going forward. The new HP 63 combo predictably worked effectively with no issues.
