It's HP's fault not Staples: I used to be able to purchase the combo of XL Black and XL Tri-color as one purchase. Now they've switched it to XL Black and regular Tri-color so that they won't last the same amount of time. CARELESS MIXUP
A simple task was screwed up by the careless employee working behind the counter. I requested an original HP #64XL cartridge and upon getting to my studio I discovered that he sold me a #63. TOTALLY UNUSABLE FOR MY PRINTER. it was no fun driving the 12 miles because of his carelessness!
