I love it!
The genuine ink from hp really produces the best printing result; also the ink in the cartridge seems to be last longer. Love the product! Oh, the including plastic bag for used cartriges to send back (postage free) to hp is a BIG plus and awesome!!!

Ink purchase is difficult
Both carriages were wrong for my printer. They look identical to the one that is in there but it won’t take them. Waste of money!!!!

HP 63 black and color combo.
I like HP 63 black and color cartridge but the black needs to be replaced twice to the color of once. I don't print alot so I find the black is empty very quickly, sure would be nice to have it last longer.
