keeps giving me a printer error
I've bought these cartridges from Staples for a few years now. All of a sudden after installing this cartridge I keep getting an error that this cartridge is not compatible with my printer. It's so annoying.

Hi Leslie If you use these cartridges all the time I think I know why this is occurring. I can help you fix the problem. Sorry this instance happened to you. If there is a recent software update revert the changes in the firmware. This method helps the printer recognize compatible cartridges bought before the update. Availability, Quality and cost
HP inks are very available in your local stores too. Glad the price is bit more reasonable than some of the inks that once was using in the older HP stuff. Glad it worked out for my needs. Ink Quality looks good!
