Recycled cartridge credit expired ugh!
Credits for recycled cartridges should not expire. I have recycled every cartridge I've ever bought but have never been able to have benefit of the credit because I don't print often enough.

Problems with price
I bought the ink in the store and paid the price. While researching I found it was cheaper online. I then had to go back to the store to get a credit. I wish you had some way to match the price without me having to do the research and travel to the store!!!
