Unusual bad ink this time. Normally it's fine.
The colors don't work. Everything has a pink tint.

I would like to address the pink tint. We certainly want our customers to receive colors that match the ones on the screen. It's a shame you experienced print quality issues.
It is either a leak or extra residue on the print rollers. I would try to clean the rollers. I would also remove any ink on the cartridge's printhead. If those changes don't remediate the pint tint, process at refund at www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/.

Ink may not empty before printing stops.
I had to replace my previous HP black ink because it would not print anything although it certainly felt in my hand as if there was at leas 10-15% of the ink in it. Rip off.

Hi Clare I agree that twenty sheets are less than our average. While this situation is a disappointment I will guide you to solutions for the future. I am wondering what type of document you printed. Was it a batch of photos? Wedding invites? Flyers for your soccer team? All of these choices use lots of ink.
