Good and bad about HP ink pack
I had the same pack on hand. I installed it when needed but it wouldn’t load after a number of attempts I ordered another pack but thinking it was actually something wrong with printer but not the case, the new pack loaded fine not too happy with a fairly expensive ink pack

Rate my ink cartridge
My ink cartridge is ok if only I can keep it from drying out since we do not do a lot of printing. My problem has always been that we use it only a few times before it dries out.

Quality cartridge
It is a little difficult to install. I don't know why but to me it is. The black cartridge goes in real easy but not the tri-color.

I bought this because I canceled my HP printer subscription because I could never get my printer to work with it. I cannot get it to work with this ink either, Worst. Printer. Ever.

I noticed you are hitting a roadblock with your printer and your ink cartridges. I am so sorry this is happening to you. Technical issues are irksome and baffling.
I have a few ideas about the cartridge issue. If the cartridge does not physically fit into the cartridge holder, it might be the wrong one for the printer. If it fits but doesn't print, check to see if the cartridge is clicked into the holder.
If there is another issue, consider restarting the printer. Take out the cartridge and reinsert it. Without more details, I can't give you specific advice. I highly recommend you contact our support team directly at https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp.
