I have been submitted to have printed envelopes. It’s about three months that I have put the first order and we keep putting in the order and they still have not called me back with a price or to do it. I do not understand. What is the problem or why those people are not responsible when you put an order in at this point I don’t know what type of review I can give you....

You had what I needed!
I ran out of ink at a crucial moment. Hopped in the car and went to Staples. They had exactly what I needed to complete a task. We ended up buying a laptop computer that was on a really good sale. In actuality they sent us a desktop computer which was the wrong item. We called to let them know ...it was a blessing in disguise. The laptop we wanted was on an even better...

Printer works again!
I don’t use the printer often and though it indicated that I had black ink it wouldn’t print. I decided to at a “considerable “ expense try replacing the cartridge. Yeah it worked! These cartridges do dry up it was worth the money to try. I’m very pleased with the results.

The ink cartridge works well with my computer.
Staples usually has most of the office equipment and office items that you cannot get in other stores.

Online order pick up in store!
Easy way to search for our ink and pleased that the black HP cartridge was available for pick up in the store. We wish there was a double pack of black only instead of one black and one Tri-Color only. Price was reasonable. I would recommend buying it at Staples!
