Customer Service was OK. I was charged more for the 2 Cartridges then the price that was displayed on the shelf. I did however get the lower price that was displayed.

Hard to find but Staples has it !
Hard to find this cartridge but staples has the best selection. I actually purchased the XL on a recommendation instead as it seems a better value.

Inkjet cartridges for HP printers
Why doesn't HP make a standard cartridge that fits all HP printers instead of a half dozen or more for each printer. My old HP printer died but I had ordered new cartridges for it just before it quit working but they don't work in my new HP printer.

Long lasting cartridges
These XL cartridges last so much longer - wish the color cartridges in this 2 cartridge pack were XL too but I don’t use color often so it pretty much evens out.
