Received a cartridge that wouldn’t work.
Ordered both tricolor and black cartridges since my printer won’t print black without both cartridges. (an HP issue that I hate!). Called Staples and they sent a new cartridge the next day. Cartridges made in Malaysia. New cartridge is good. I will still order from Staples as they offer good service.

I find these bigger cartridges last longer and rarely have defects. Staples provided next day delivery so my printer never was waiting for ink. Ran low ordered ink received ink printed. No complaints
