Stick with Branded HP Products
I recently purchased a HP printer (6055) slim, attractive and functional (does copy fax as well as printing). I used the original HP cartridge but switched to an inferior generic brand for a replacement. Nothing but issues. For me HP gets it right and that's what I am going to stick with.
