I was surprised to see the blank spaces in the HP ink display especially the one I needed. However I saw the sign promoting on-line ordering and shipping which I took advantage of. My ink arrived the next day. Happy customer.

Bigger is better
I received my new ink cartridge and installed it rather easily. The amount of ink in cartridge is great and i wont have to worry about refilling it for a while too.

I have used HP63 ink for years and have always been happy with the product. My computer is an HP. Right after ordering the ink, my printer gave up the fight (my fault) and I need to buy a new printer. The one I like is HP but uses different ink. What do I need to do to return the HP63 ink?

I have been using this ink for years with no problems. I always get the Black XL but there was none in the store and none in the warehouse. I was out of ink so I had to buy the standard size which is much more expensive

Good but expensive
The right cartridge for my printer but it is very expensive and has a short life (not a lot of ink per cartridge). Multiple pack with both black and tricolor cartridge is increasingly difficult to find have had to buy them separately. Why is that?
