Something's wrong
I usually print less than 20 pages a month and this month was no different. the cartridge lasted only 10 days before it is now showing as empty.

It all turned out alright in the end and the actual purchase/delivery of the item was a breeze. But that was only after a long learning curve trying to isolate the specific problem and then there was the problem of finding the correct ink cartridge for my device.

Great product (too expensive)
HP Officejet 4650 recognized it as genuine so there was no rejection of refilled cartridge. I got a great deal and use printer infrequently so it worked out for me but w/o deal product is a strain to pay for. Hence the four stars. I use printer infrequently but w/o deal I would have walked to library and paid per page (tax return).
