Defective Product
I just installed my colour ink and something is wrong with it, as it must be defective. My printer keeps displaying a code about the colour cartridge. As soon as I remove it my printer works.

What a Relief!

HP 63XL Black Ink Cartridge
I purchased 2 HP 63XL Ink cartridges and the clerk as well as the store manger were extremely nice and helpful. Since I was having difficulty putting in the cartridge at home I was able to bring my printer to Staples and the store manager put in the cartridge for me. The store manager was very patient. Great colors on photos
Glad to get actual HP ink, esp. the High Yield cartridges. I print my own pictures and they have great color. Also so easy to order online.
