Five Star Rating.
The ink jet worked just fine and was very easy to install. They did not have the cartridge available in the store that I needed and had to order it to be sent to my home. That was fine with me because it came within a day. However I do hope that the next time I need an ink jet that they have it in stock in the store.

Inventory
I have 2 HP Envy printers using this ink, and I typically order ahead to make sure I have ink on hand when needed. So far I have not been disappointed. The printed product has been excellent, and I will definitely continue ordering the HP ink.

Longevity of cartridges!
We have been using it for years.... sometimes the longevity seems shorter than other times, including replacements we have purchased from Staples... could be self-live is the problem!

It is good ink. It is expensive just for the one. I do recycle my ink cartridges at the store. I wish I could get a discount right then when I bring them in and purchase new ones. Over all I do love your store. I would recommend your store to friends and employees are always kind.
