I bought a few of these. One was defective. Staples couldn't refund the considerable cost of tink. They gave me a number that didn't work. HP never responded... will never by HP products again.

HP 63XL Black Ink Cartridge
Always use HP cartridges standard size no problmes with the XL everytime I print a page copier shows "Remove & reinstall the indicated cartridge" I have to open & close the ink compartment door not touching cartridge to print something not aligned correct. Pain in the neck but it works...
