damaged before delivered
Really upset because when the ink cartridge arrived, I correctly loaded it into the machine. I consistently received a message to re-load. I tried several times to no avail. I asked my son to try, also to no avail. I would not recommend purchasing by mail delivery.

I was not impressed.
I thought that buying the XL cartridge would allow me to print all my daughter's wedding pictures. I ran out of ink at just about 2/3 of the way through. I do not believe this is much if any longer than the regular (non-XL) cartridge that is much less expensive. I could have printed all the pictures if I had bought 2 regular cartridges which would not have been mu...

I was low on color not OUT. So I haven't used it yet. Seemed expensive but I'm in my 80s and do little driving/little shopping online. Out of black looking for a couple of items that Staples might possibly have so purchased both cartridges while I had the chance.
