I wanted HP 63 XL but you didn't have it so disappointingly I had to get these. I haven't used them yet so cannot rate actual product but in my memory these non-XL ones run out of ink too fast and need changing too soon! I was also very disappointed with the 'flag ' which I thought would be like post-it notes. Scotch tape is fine. Service and delivery were excellent...

Great Service!
I called at 12:30 just as the manager told me to do so the day before because of a shipment arriving. I explained to the person who answered the situation from the day before. She sd. She would hold a HP63 Black for me until I was able to get there. Lucky for me she did as there were none left when I walked in…except for the one the Staples employee held for me.

Hit OR Miss?
Have been using this HP product for several years at our office. It hasn't been until this year that we have started having sporadic problems with the ink. Sometimes part of a number or letter isn't complete. This is rather annoying when printing checks since we then have to fill in the missing portion by hand with a black ink pen.

Bad Cartage
My printer keeps saying "Remove cartage and reinstall". I have done this numerous times and it still gives me the same messagel.

Didn't last as long as I thought

Prints great-Does Not Scan!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought one in beginning of March, took the first one back to the store because I couldn't scan anything as a pdf....then I bought this one because we our company had to work from home. The main reason I bought it was for the scanner. I am accounts payable and have to scan all of my invoices as a pdf document.... needless to say, this one is a piece of crap too. I can'...
