Bad cartridge ?!!
After replacing cartridge I receive error message saying remove cartridge and reinstall. I’ve done this several times!! My printer is only a couple months old !!!!!

I BOUGHT THIS HP 63 BLACK ORIGINAL INK; BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY ONE THAT MY PRINTER WILL EXCEPT. I HAVE A HP 4512 ENVY. I HAVE TRIED TO USE OTHER BRAND'S THEY WILL NOT WORK.
