HP 63 ink cartridge
Ink cartridge is not working. Not sure if bad cartridge or if Suddenly my printer has gone on the fritz. Printer had been working just fine befor I ran out of ink. I have since ordered more ink and that cartridge doesn't work either.

When I opened the first cartridge I shook it to be sure it was ready to go...and was promptly hit with ink flying out.

No choice!
I needed a new color cartridge but the XL was my ONLY option. You need to keep your stocking orders up to date!! i prefer the regular cartridges.

Black ink 63 standard.
Ink arrived in 2 days. TY. I was wondering why we can not order 63XL instead of standard ? Offers from "TRUE RED"for 63XL was good and cheaper also but no longer available. Why was that stopped ? Rather have XL for color and black inks.
