Everything was fine until i opened the package. I put in the cartridge and the printer said incompatable for this printer. I later found out it was a was a conterfeit one. Very disappointed that the Staples store in Winter Haven FL didn't have any 63XL in stock which is what I prefer. BUT more disappointed that Staples hasn't reopened in Kissimme since the hurricane damage a couple of years ago caused it to close. We have to travel so far to be able to stop into a Staples Store. Not good!
