The HP 63 cartridge is not the same as the Original HP 63. I'm very disappointed in the quality of print. Sorry I ordered two of the cheaper cartridges.

I typically visit the Staples office on Route 42 in Turnersville. Sometimes once a week to check for sanitizers for my home. I have used their copying center worked with the floor staff and just browsed for new items in the store. Bought this cartridge less than 2 months ago,used it 3-4 times and worked great but now my printer is saying it is incompatble wifh my printer even though it is the one the printer calls for. The ink gauge shows it almost full can't get it to work..
