What the heck?
My HP 2542 Deskjet does not accept the new cartridge I just purchased from Staples. I have always used the recommended HP cartridge and never had a problem. This time however I was not so lucky. My printer gives me the message that it will not accept the new cartridge. Living 0 miles from town makes it difficult to find a remedy.

There is a shortage of HP 63's. I phoned the Staples store on Wendover and the gentleman took the time to check to see if what I needed was in stock which it was. When I arrived he also helped me locate the items on the shelf. His help is much appreciated by one who is nearly 89 years old.

But this purchase however drove me nuts .after installing it I was able to print one document then an error message continued to say that I should remove the cartridge and reinstall it. no luck. it would not print and continued to tell me to remove and reinstall.
