NOT HAPPY
bought duo pack. Had to change it as no ink was coming out. Got another duo pack @ Staples & now nothing is printing. It worked just before I swapped it out as it showed low on ink. SO I am not happy at the moment>

STRANGE SITUATION.
WHEN THE VERY POLITE YOUNG MAN REPLACED MY CARTRIDGES TO MY NEW HP PRINTER HE ACCIDENTALLY REPLACED ONE WITH ONE OF THE OLD CARTRIDGES NOT BOTH NEW ONES. SO I PAID FOR THE EXTRA CARTRIDGES AND TURNED IN THE NEW ONE INSTEAD. . FOR REBATES. I HAD NOT TRIED TO USE THE MACHINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK LATER AND FINALLY FIGURED WHY IT AGAIN DID NOT PRINT

After giving up on faded wording and discarding several attempts at copying a message that could be read I inserted the #63 tricolor ink. A beautiful impression followed. I will buy this ink again and recommend it to others. Please keep it in stock.

Good quality short lifespan
A good quality product but for my next printer purchase I'm going to opt for a model with a larger cartridge. HP offers a program that senses low ink and sends an order out for you but after doing the math it isn't worth it in my opinion.

Glad to have the extra capacity for printing
Glad this model cartridge is back in production. The regular size cartridges were not lasting as long as we needed to get jobs done.
