A better system of shelf needs to happen. Often the rack is bare but when asked the cashier goes to the back back room and gets one

Regular cartridge 63
Your inventory was low and you did not have the XL size. I paid too much for the regular because I use a lot of ink and I'll have to buy more soon. I do not like the regular size. I prefer to buy the XL size.
