Cost Consideration
The product of course is alright it's made for HP. In this day cost is a large factor & ink at Staples is just too expensive especially now that empty cartridges are not accepted for credit.

Excellent Quality - Wish it contained more!
As I use ink in my HP printer I order replacement HP ink cartridges from Staples. I recently ordered this HP 63 color ink cartridge and already am using it. The color quality is excellent. I just wish there was more ink in the cartridge. I definitely will order it again.

Product is nice
Printer was easy to set up to just print but the other features like scanning and faxing was difficult. I had to research the instructions on the web as they do not come with manuals anymore like in the past. Already used one ink cartridge in less than 1 month. Do not sign up for automatic ink replacement not worth your money.

Prints quality copies
I prefer the original HP products, easy to install on my HP printer. Test page prints on its own and its easy to manage changing the ink cartridges.

Dries up and is costly
We print infrequently but when we go to use it there is always a problem with it saying the ink is empty or does not print with any quality. We have to print test pages and then sometimes it will start printing. The HP 63 are in the upper price range comparably and seems to be lots of wasted money on what use you actually get out of them if you leave it sit for a few we...
