printed 4 pages and the printer started giving me an error message. Ive had it. I have tried reinstalling the cartridge more than 30 times, restarted, turned totally off, you name it, couldnt make it work even following all kinds of instructions from the printer or your website. bought ink cart. for printer and doesn't fit.
cartridge (tri-color) number 63, had to buy another one because it wouldn't work in my printer. Am very disapointed with your product.
