Poor storage
Shelves were empty. Cashier was kind enough to go to the store roomand get two for me. There is zero excuse for not stocking the shelves. One cannot sell stuff hidden in the store room.

Works well lasts longer still too expensive
No question HP has mastered the manufacturing of the print cartridge. No leaks excellent quality each and every time. And also no question they are way too expensive -- which as we all know is how printer manufacturers are able to sell their machines inexpensively knowing they'll make out big in the long run with replacement cartridges.
