I ran out of ink during the Covid-19 shelter-in-place so ordering online was my only option. I ordered and actually paid less than I would have at the local store so it was a win-win for me, and I was very grateful.

Instructions were miss leading
Following the instruction on the printer called for a new ink cartridge, however the printer doesn't work, can't be repaired at a price less than a new printer. Printer was only used a year before it failed. Not good quality.

Black toner was fine.
I bought both the color and the black in 63. I put them both in the printer as I have for years but the printer would say there was something wrong. Finally I left the old color toner in the printer with the new black toner. It now prints but only in black.
