Needs improvement
I like the idea of the subscription program. It has potential and i think it could be a good value for the money. The issue I have is with the app. It constantly disconnected me from wifi and I kept having to troubleshoot. The quality of the ink is really good though!

Hassle free and efficient service
When I received my ink subscription I was pleasantly surprised at the value I was getting. My printing habits go from printing very little to printing a whole lot. Because of this more often than not I neglect to check the ink levels before a big printing project. HP’s Instant Ink program is a great service for someone like me who runs out of ink when I need it the most. They send ink automatically when the levels get low.
