Good ink but ...
Ink is good but the procedure to print on my HP 3830 is way too complicated... not intuitive at all! I feel I could write a better program. You shud get a user's prospective before you put your products out there!

Absolutely wonderful service
I bought the HP 63 color and black ink cartriges. My schedule would not have allowed me to get to the store as fast as these arrived. The price was another plus!

Regular reorder
I regularly reorder this cartridge. Since almost all of my printing is in black ink the XL cartridge is the better choice. Staples has always had it in stock when I needed it.
