The perfect product
As with every H-P product I've ever had, the ink cartridges never fail. As a pensioner on a fixed income, any product I purchase has to be the best and most economical and trustworthy.

thought I already did this? Black Cartridge was defective, I called HP and they replaced the black cartridge, returned the defective back to them, I don't know yet about the colored cartridge, will see how it works when I change the cartridge.
