Only lasted a week
Not sure what happened but the ink was all used upafter a week. I’m a teacher but don’t think I printed more than usual?

The HP 60 Cartridge was easy to install the copies are brilliant and the price was affordable. I love Staples! I do not like the copy machines at Staples because I am 82 years old and find them difficult to operate!

Expired Cartridges
The Cartridges I purchased did not print correct colors. It only printed out a pinkish red. I returned them. The cashier stated they were expired. I did not want to exchange them but received a refund and purchased elsewhere.

Placement of my package

Horrible service
You sent me an email that you couldn’t bill my card; then canceled it. So I go elsewhere to buy the same product then you charge me and send the toner anyways. Total waste of my time.

Ordering online for instore pickup is so convvieni
Using my rewards account for these purchases makes Staple's products cost less than purchasing at 'members only' Clubs. HP ink cartridges work perfectly with my Printer/scanner.

I have been submitted to have printed envelopes. It’s about three months that I have put the first order and we keep putting in the order and they still have not called me back with a price or to do it. I do not understand. What is the problem or why those people are not responsible when you put an order in at this point I don’t know what type of review I can give you....
