HP 63 XL color ink cartridge
My husband is a real estate broker and the days he is working from home our printer gets a lot of use. I am pleased with the quality of HP cartridges and find that the cheaper brands doesn’t do the quality job needed for the professional look required for his business.

Received the order on Friday install on Saturday made 50 copies now printer says to replace black cartridge I contacted you for a replacement for the black cartridge and you told me no. I don't think I will be purchasing from you again I will replace my printer with another brand if this is how you treat your customers

I use Hp 63 toner as I have no issue with it. I have tried another toner but have gone back to HP because of its reliability. I would recommend HP.
