Awful!!!!
It was awful! I tried redeeming the used cartridges I had and it was a whole ordeal. You really do not give a discount. The discount is for a months later and your cashiers lie.

HP63 Tri color
Cartridge is only printing blue; no red or yellow. This is the second one I have purchased that is malfunctioning. I will not recommend it to others and will not buy another.

Straples who were far better than their competitors . no longer excels. Inn fact it sucks and the help. I must of turned in at least 25 MT ink cartridges for rewards I GOT NONE. Therefore I will go to Office Depot and maybe even change my ink supplier as HP evidently does not care about what Staples offer and don' carry thru with it. ...
