the printer cartridge was dried out
i spent the extra money for true HP ink. And it was all dried up. wouldn't print.

Product is fine the ink cartridge recycle program is awful
They pretty much gutted the program so it's not worth using. Then they asked me to write a review of my experience. . . Thanks Hp and staples . . . How about making the program worth something like it used to be?

HP 63 was the wrong # ordered and employee quickly deleted the order and reordered the correc # 64. Both #’s were sent to the store and I was charged only for the correct order number 64. I’m very happy with number 64 and I am consistent customer of the staple store
