Great service on purchases but not on technical service unless you can afford to pay for it. But since I had just purchased toner I cannot afford tech service to use my printer scanner, so all in all a waste.

The XL cartridges are a great choice! They provide additional ink. Therefore, the price is above the other cartridges. The best way to maximize the value is to take notice of your habits. Start by printing only when necessary. When you print, use print preview. Shut off the printer at the end of each printing job. Leave it off until you print again.

Not good
I ordered black ink a few months ago and ordered color ink a few weeks ago. Both times my printer says low ink. And now the pages are printing light. That’s a lot of money wasted

I picked the wrong cartridge. I wanted XL but I grabbed the regular cartridge!
I love HP products. Lately I have been grabbing the regular ink cartridge when I meant to grab XL. Darn it! I'm going to see if the manager will allow me to exchange the product for an XL. I'll keep you posted! Veronika
