I love my HP printer! It is so easy to see how much ink is in the cartridge by touching a botton on the control panel. It's also so easy and with no mess to pop out the cartridges and replace them. Then as a bonus I can return the empty cartridges to Staples and get a store credit.

Faint print is hard to read and not the desired outcome for most customers. I'm sorry you experienced that result. Let's try to figure out how to solve the problem. Have you tried to clean the cartridge? We suggest using a Q-tip or damp cloth to remove anything left on the cartridge's printhead. Next, try to adjust your printer settings. By increasing the ink concentration on the page, the print will show up stronger.

Good value for good product.
I always use HP ink cassettes for my printer. The colors are bright and clear, plus I never have a problem with them. Easy to use plus a recycling envelope for empty cassettes. Good value for good product.

Fine, but sooo expensive
Product is fine, but oh so expensive! Frustrating when you run out of one color. Right now all things blue print as red.
