Great floor mats
Perfect for our hardwood floors. Great coverage they don’t slide around. Chairs move smoothly and don’t catch.

Never received my product
Still haven’t received item. 1st shipment never left their warehouse. Their replacement shipment was a box of copier paper. Customer service phone line has been down for the last week. Online chat has been down. Called local staples and they said they can’t help because they can’t see my order in their computer.

Nice quality product
Ordered 3 of these for our work office. They are very nice quality. Thick material not thin vinyl. Haven't had any issues with them sliding around on the floor. LOVED that they were shipped flat! No need to roll out and wait for them to flatten out. Will definitely purchase again.

Exactly what we were looking for
We have a wood floor in our office so we were looking for something for the chair to slide on that wasn't the bare floor. We've been using it for a week and it's perfect. Chair mat for hard wood floors
This is the third or fourth mat I’ve had over the years used in the same way on the same floor with very good results. Very happy with the design and durability of this mat. I have always bought this type of mat at Staples and very pleased with the on line ordering from Staples.

Nice product
I did a lot of research trying to find something that wasn't all plastic. This is a nice product. It ships flat so you don't have to unroll it. No off-gassing.

Very slippery!
This looks nice and thought it was going to work. However it slips on the hard wood floor and I have nearly fallen on several occasions. Have to return it.

Does the job! BUT!!
This is quite a heavy-duty chair-mat it seems like it will offer a very long duty-cycle. I tend to move around a lot as I have a very large desk with a lot of business equipment to use so I roll off the mat once in a while but I am able to roll right back on effortlessly! Mat for hardwood - residential buyer
I was looking for another pad in the store that was out of stock - the manager hooked me up with this pad which was more expensive. Easily moves away from intended spot
The mat moves constantly on my carpet and requires readjustment every day. I wouldn't buy it again.
