I had to trim it to fit as my rolltop desk has a narrow opening for the lip. But it seems to be working well!

Unexpected
First of all, none of the mats I saw on display were the same as on the website, and none of those there was available. The one that was shipped does not have a lip, but it’s working out OK anyway.

Great Mats, No Cracks!
We have had some of these for a year or so with no problems at all. For the below people that say the mats are cracked and need to be replaced, I guess they don't know these come with a lifetime "no crack mat" warranty. We uses on a low pile carpet in the office and have had no problems with denting either.

1 of 2 a rolled up mess
Purchased two mats. One was delivered flat in a box, no problem, the other was folded and rolled up, wrapped in adhesive shipping tape. This is day 3, still working on flattening it out and getting the excess adhesive off. Floor Mat, Chair 45X53
Floor mat was supposed to be Heavy Duty (for plush carpeting). Floor mat was not any heavier than the floor mats in stock at the Staples location I shop at. Also, delivery was supposed to be one day! I received the floor mat one week later!.

Didn't Last Long
I purchased in and put into use in June 2014. By the end of February 2015 it was full of cracks. I found my receipt so now I will see how good the warranty is.
